Scientists from McGill University in Toronto, Canada, recently discovered a link between exercise and gaming ability. After just one workout, gamers upped their skill level while playing the online game League of Legends. Players’ fitness level and interest in exercise didn’t affect how much they improved.
During the study, players were asked to exercise for 15 minutes immediately before playing the game.
